2000

PRN Funding was incorporated in October 2000.

2001

PRN Funding signed their first client in April 2001.

2002

PRN Funding received their first senior bank loan with Huntington Bank in December 2002.

2005

PRN Funding reached its 100th client in June 2005.

2009-2011

Phil Cohen, President of PRN Funding, was one of six selected to the International Factoring Association advisory board from 2009-2011.

2011

PRN Funding launched its sister company, Factor Finders, in June 2011.

2012

PRN Funding expanded credit facility and switched banking relationship to Fifth Third Bank in 2012.

2015

PRN Funding hired Sanctuary Marketing to rebrand their logo and website in April 2015.

2016

PRN Funding moved to a new office location in Beachwood, OH in February 2016.

2016

Phil Cohen, President of PRN Funding, joined the American Factoring Association (AFA) board in November 2016.

2018

PRN Funding reached $1 billion in purchases in October 2018.

2023

PRN Funding reached $2 billion in purchases in August 2023.

2025

PRN Funding celebrates its 25th year anniversary in October 2025.
